More recently known as Ulu Ulu Café Lounge after a spate of name changes, the café is at Katong and also hopes to earn new loyalty with new signatures like the buah keluak rendang ($18.90) – beef shin slow-cooked in pungent Indonesian black nuts – alongside favourites like lamb shank bak kut teh ($18.90) and slow roast chicken stew ($19.90).
