Muthu Curry Suntec City Singapore

Established in 1969, this Indian restaurant has made a name for itself with its signature fish head curry and, more recently, its swish contemporary decor. An open tandoor oven takes pride of place in the centre of the restaurant, so you can watch the chefs at work. The menu spans south and north Indian cuisine, regularly refreshed by new offerings like tandoori fish head.
